This is a beautiful reminder that God meets me in the mess. Thirty-seven years ago today was my first day without putting a drug in my body to just get out of bed. I didn't know where it would lead because, even though I thought it was my decision, it felt like the hand of God pulling me from the abyss. I cannot be grateful enough so I can only serve His will daily and let His light shine through me.
